Parking & Transportation

With the exception of Pleasant Street from State Street to the Square, Church Street (next to the North Church) and Parrot Avenue (from Richards to Junkins - no entry from Rogers), streets are open Downtown to vehicular traffic and parking.

(Parking on the entire length of Parrot Avenue is prohibited from noon - 9:00pm on 12/31.
Parking on Pleasant Street from State to Market Square is prohibited from 4:00pm - 1:00am)

Please note the "No Parking" signs as posted - vehicles parking in posted areas will be towed at the owner's expense.

The Parking Garage at Hanover will offer flat rate parking from 4:00 - 8:00pm on Friday, December 31st. The rate for that time period is $3.00 - this amount will be collected upon entry into the garage.

We offer a free shuttle for all First Nighters - just look for the school bus that travels a loop from venue to venue for the duration of the event.
